What do the plans cover/include?
A: The Homeowner plan includes the ability to store documents and transfer a property to a new owner. You can increase your subscription level to cover more than one property as well! The Service Provider plan covers promotion of 1 service to clients in your selected service area.
I want to take my assessment again, how?
A: Click on “manage properties” in the menu, click into the property in question and lick ‘Take Reassessment:”
How do I cancel?
A: Cancel through the platform you used to sign up; either Playstore or Apple Store
Do you give refunds?
A: No refunds are provided, but if you change or downgrade your plan you will receive a prorated credit, dependent on the platform you use.
What if I don’t understand a question in the assessment?
A: You can start by checking the “i” icon for more information. If that doesn’t help, you can always skip the question for now and take a re-assessment later.
What if I don’t know the last service/inspection/replacement date of an item on the assessment?
A: The best option would be to put in an arbitrary date 3 years in the past. This will trigger a task that is due right away. Alternatively, you can skip it and take a re-assessment later.
Can I change the due date of HomeHealth tasks?
A: Yes, in the upper right corner of the task window, click the “pencil” icon. You can edit the due date and the interval at which the task will recur.
What is my HomeHealth Score?
A: Your score is a metric that reflects how up-to-date and safely operating your home is. It takes into account the dates of last service/replacement/inspection of items on the assessment and compares them to industry standard intervals. Anything outside those intervals will detract from your score.
What are HomeHealth Tasks?
A: These are tasks created using the data you entered during the assessment. They are a schedule of things to be done to maintain a safe and healthy home!
What kind of documents should I store in my property file?
A: Repair and renovation receipts, paint colours and warranty info are suggested.
How does “find a service provider work?
A: If a service is due for your home and you click “find a service provider” the app will display professionals that provide the service required and service your area. Click to call or email!
Can I transfer my property details to someone else?
A: Yes! You will need an active subscription, then it’s as easy as entering the recipient’s address! They will receive all of your homes data, tasks and documents! The recipientt have an active subscription too.
